Our menu is a modern take on omakase. Omakase, meaning "chef’s choice," has become an elevated staple of Japanese dining. While most omakase menus consist of a variety of nigiri pieces, our take is slightly different. We focus on handrolls. Not the traditional ones you might order from your local sushi joint, but an elevated take combining unique flavor combinations and high technique-driven offerings.
